… why is shopping mall food court food in China so good, and why can’t American food courts serve something as simple as small plates sold a la carte at bite-size prices?
Take, for example, the won ton soup. After ordering, I watched the woman roll out the dough and wrap the won tons in front of my eyes. Fresh as can be. And cheap.
