Our specials tonight are …

… mediocre mapo tofu, ordinary orange chicken, so-so sweet and sour shrimp, can’t complain kung pao chicken, not quite over the bridge noodles, fair to middling fried rice, eh egg fried rice, tolerable twice-cooked pork, and our kind of specialty: passable Peking duck.

For dessert? We are serving our “You Probably Won’t Toss Your Almond Cookies.”
