Noodle envy

What do I miss about the mainland? Freshly made noodles.

Seems all the little noodle shops from Zhuhai to Beijing, from Kunming to Hangzhou, serve up freshly kneaded, stretched, and cut wheat or rice noodles. But here in Macau there seems to be an excessive reliance on dry noodles.
